Meet the Founder

Ricardo “Rickynomics” Alonzo is a former U.S. Army Intelligence Analyst and the founder of the Institution of the Americas by Rickynomics. His work centers on helping organizations interpret complex information, manage ambiguity, and support decision-making in high-risk and high-uncertainty environments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in the sciences of Criminal Justice and Homeland and Corporate Security, earned concurrently, and an MBA in Real Estate. This academic foundation allows him to bridge intelligence analysis with legal, regulatory, financial, and operational realities faced by modern institutions.

His work includes analytical support and consultation related to human trafficking, including counseling and advisory engagements focused on understanding trafficking networks, exploitation dynamics, and their intersection with immigration, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. This experience informs his broader analysis of criminal organizations, enforcement challenges, and institutional risk exposure.

Drawing on military intelligence operations, applied geopolitical and economic analysis, and professional instruction in open-source intelligence, his approach emphasizes structured analysis, context, and disciplined judgment over speculation or trend-driven narratives.

He works with corporations, NGOs, legal professionals, and public safety organizations seeking clarity where surface stability obscures real risk.
